PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions automatically renew each month using the payment method provided at checkout unless canceled before the next renewal charge.

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time before your next renewal charge to prevent future charges.

Cancellation applies to future billing periods. Canceling a subscription does not automatically refund a payment that has already been processed. Any refund eligibility is governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

After cancellation, you will not be charged for subsequent subscription periods. Materials associated with payments already processed may still be prepared and mailed according to the applicable mailing schedule.

How to Cancel a Monthly Subscription

Customers may cancel their monthly subscription through the subscription-management options provided with their subscription or by contacting Magdalena’s Piano School LLC at magdalenaspianoschool@gmail.com for assistance.

Cancellation must be completed before the next scheduled renewal charge to prevent that charge.

Prepaid Annual Subscriptions

Prepaid annual subscriptions are paid in full at the time of purchase and do not automatically renew.

Because there is no automatic renewal at the end of the 12-month prepaid subscription period, no cancellation is required to prevent future renewal charges. The subscription will end after the applicable 12-month period unless the customer chooses to purchase a new subscription.

Refunds or cancellation requests relating to an already purchased prepaid annual subscription are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
